I develop and write competitive grant and contract proposals. That can include helping to shape the program, researching the opportunity, building the budget, defining outcomes, coordinating the pieces, and preparing a complete application.

Projects and programs
Sometimes an organization needs a specific piece of work finished. I can help plan a new program, build a budget and launch plan, set up grant data collection and reporting, or coordinate a small project through completion.
I know those stretches when five projects are competing for attention and somehow they’re all number one on the list. I can take on a defined piece of work, deliver it, and give your team more room to move the next project forward.
Founder And executive director support
Leading an organization means making decisions across funding, programs, staffing, partnerships, and systems. I offer a defined block of time for thought partnership, troubleshooting, and help navigating the resources and people who can move your work forward.
As a founder and former executive director of a fast-growing nonprofit, I know how unexpectedly isolating the role can be. Sometimes it helps to have someone experienced look at a situation with fresh eyes, ask useful questions, and explore possible ways through it with you.
Contracted clinical supervision
For Washington substance use disorder programs, I offer experienced clinical supervision and program support for a defined period or need, including coverage during a vacancy, leave, or transition.
I’ve been licensed since 2019 as a Substance Use Disorder Professional and have years of experience in clinical supervision and program development. I know it can be difficult to find coverage when the unexpected happens. I bring knowledge, confidentiality, and calm support to your team during times of crisis.
